Policaro Group is a premier luxury automotive retailer across the GTA and Southern Ontario, seeking a Brand Ambassador (Sales Executive) to join our high-performance team. You will build relationships with clients and deliver VIP experiences from test drive to delivery.

You will stay current on models, features, and industry trends, and collaborate with finance to ensure seamless transactions while aiming to exceed monthly sales targets. OMVIC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales.
• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide a VIP buying experience from test drive to vehicle delivery.
• Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions.
