Policaro Group is seeking a Sales Executive for Jaguar Land Rover Waterloo. Join a luxury automotive retailer renowned for delivering world-class experiences and premium brands.

In this role, you will build relationships, provide a VIP buying experience from test drive to delivery, stay current on models and trends, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while partnering with finance for smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide a VIP buying experience from test drive to delivery.
• Stay up to date on latest Jaguar/Land Rover models and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions.
