Job summary

Clark Freightways, a trusted BC-based LTL carrier with nearly 70 years of experience, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Sales and Customer Service teams and translate market opportunities into revenue growth.

You will drive freight volume, develop key customer relationships, and align sales strategies with operations and pricing. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in sales leadership within logistics are required; BC driver’s license and travel flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum eight years' progressively responsible sales and management experience.
• Proven sales leadership in LTL, transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of LTL operations and customer expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/sales management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales and Customer Service teams with clear objectives.
• Execute sales strategies to increase freight volume, revenue and market share.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement action plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with LTL capabilities.
• Build and manage priority customer relationships for retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pricing to align objectives.
• Participate in related duties and projects as assigned.
