Cogir Senior Living in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking licensed practical nurses to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents across independent, assisted and memory care settings. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, follow care plans, document care, and support families through transitions.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
• Experience working with seniors, including residents and families.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care per provincial standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain open communication.
• Implement and assess care plans; adjust as required.
• Document assessments, plans and changes; mentor unregulated care providers.
