Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care to an assigned group of patients/residents per policies.
• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and monitor condition.
• Communicate orders to physicians and document care.
• Administer medications as per procedures and monitor effects.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and students.
