Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/resident/family strengths and limitations.
• Provide supportive environment for patient/family involvement in care.
• Contribute to individualized care plans and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Provide nursing care per policies and evaluate outcomes.
