Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking dedicated nurses for private duty care in patients' homes in Missouri. You will provide personalized, one-on-one nursing support, manage medications, and document patient progress while coordinating with the clinical team.

We cover Missouri nursing license costs and guide you through licensure; weekend shifts are available with premium pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• We'll help you obtain your Missouri nursing license by covering the cost and guiding you through the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate and support family members.
• Collaborate with the Phoenix clinical team for ongoing guidance.
