Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking dedicated nurses for private duty pediatric care in patients’ homes. You will provide individualized 1:1 nursing support, administer treatments, and monitor health status while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

Active LVN or RN license required.
Current BLS Certification required.
Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based EMR system.
Ensure compliance with licensure and safety standards.
