Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is offering an Interim Engineering Intern - HW position in the Interns Group in Markham, Canada. The role focuses on low‑power AI, audio, sensors sub‑systems, and ASIC HW IP design/verification, with mentorship and real‑world project exposure.

Interns work closely with experienced engineers, learning design, verification, and modelling techniques across LPAI/HPASS domains, contributing to RTL and validation efforts for future Qualcomm devices.

Qualifications

• In study towards a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must have at least one semester remaining after internship; not graduating before internship begins.
• Knowledge of programming languages and scripting; experience with lab equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RTL (Verilog) design for next generation Snapdragon Display Processors.
• Integrate external IPs and design interfacing logic into the Display Subsystem.
• Learn and apply CAD tools for RTL linting, power analysis, and CDC analysis.
