Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food, beverages, and other items efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns or elevate to management as appropriate.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for all guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with AGCO regulations.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying ID and monitoring consumption.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation, stocking, and presentation as needed.
• Handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Adhere to AGCO regulations, Delta Bingo policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-compliant behavior to management.
• Collaborate with other lounge and gaming staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with cleaning, setup, and closing procedures.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
