Qualifications

• Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers.
• Thorough understanding of methods and machinery, techniques and sanitation practices involved with preparation and service of concession food and alcoholic beverages.
• Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.
• Proven accuracy in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Working knowledge of Safe Food Handling Procedures and Health and Safety Practices as an asset.
• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Smart Serve certification.

Work Environment Considerations

• Fast paced with multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables; exposure to some conflict, distress and noise;
• This role requires extended period of standing, walking, bending and may lift up to 35 lbs.
• The role requires a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs, will have non-traditional work hours including holidays, evening, overnight or weekend shifts.
