Pfaff Automotive Partners in Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a Lot Attendant/Porter to maintain the display and appearance of vehicles on the lot and in the showroom. You will greet customers, ensure daily cleanliness, and assist with documentation flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers ensuring optimum customer service.
• Ensure showroom cars are cleaned daily and assist with coordinating showroom.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are quality control inspected and acceptable.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from License Bureau as required.
• Check in new vehicles when they arrive by transport and note any damages on Bill of Lading.
• Report all defects and/or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available on the lot.
• Maintain the general housekeeping of the lot, showroom and washrooms to company standards.
• Report to Sales Manager and complete other tasks for sales department
