Audi Newmarket is seeking a Lot Attendant to help keep the vehicle lot organized and presentable. You will inspect, move, and document new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring quality and cleanliness across the showroom and lot.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with a valid Ontario driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual transmission. This is a fast-paced dealership role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Previous automotive experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Clean driver’s abstract and ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned daily and assist with showroom organization as required.
• Rotate showroom and display vehicles weekly or as needed.
• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
• Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
• Report vehicle defects or damage to the Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
• Run errands for Reception and the Sales Department as required.
