Job summary

Marino’s Auto Group in Etobicoke is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to organize and present our vehicle lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly positioned and ready for display. You will manage lot cleanliness, assist with tire inventory, monitor for damage, and support dealership operations in a fast-paced sales environment.

This permanent full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry loads

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle lot
• Position and display vehicles for maximum space and visibility
• Ensure shop and vehicles are kept clean and presentable
• Monitor vehicles for damages and report any issues
• Assist with tire inventory and license plate changes as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Are you ready to be a vital part of our automotive team as a Lot Attendant? We're searching for a motivated and reliable individual to oversee the organization and presentation of our vehicle lot at Marino’s Auto Group in Etobicoke at Volvo Metro West

As a Lot Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-ordered lot, ensuring vehicles are properly positioned and ready for display, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of our dealership. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for vehicles, and a strong work ethic, we invite you to apply and join us in delivering a top-notch automotive experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area.
• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop.
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
• Change license plates as required .
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
• Loves a fast pace environment.

Compensation:

• Compensation range: $1 9 .00 CAD/ hour
• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses hourly pay and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 .
