Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a Lot Attendant in Markham, ON to maintain the lot and showroom appearance. You will inspect vehicles, assist with daily tasks, and support the sales team on-site.

The role requires a valid Ontario driver’s licence, the ability to drive a manual transmission, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and neat presentation.
• Coordinate showroom display and daily inspections.
• Drive and operate with a safe, clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers ensuring optimum customer service.
• Ensure showroom cars are cleaned daily and coordinate showroom.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are quality control inspected and acceptable.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from Licence Bureau
• Checks in new vehicles when they arrive by transport and notes any damages on Bill of Lading.
• Report all defects and/or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure customer parking spaces are available on the lot.
• Maintain the general housekeeping of the lot, showroom and showroom washrooms to Pfaff standards.
• Run errands for reception and the sales department as required.
• Reporting to the Sales Floor Manager

In this role, you will complete daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle display, appearance and organization of all new and pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• We require a clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
