Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Thornhill, ON is seeking a Lot Attendant to help keep the vehicle lot and showroom organized and presentable. You will support movement, inspection, appearance, and organization of both new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering friendly, professional service to customers.

Ideal candidates have an Ontario driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a manual transmission.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Keep showroom vehicles clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Rotate showroom and display vehicles as required.
• Inspect vehicles being prepared for delivery to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
• Report vehicle damage or defects to the Sales Manager immediately.
• Organize the lot and ensure adequate customer parking is available.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
• Deliver or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
• Assist Reception and the Sales Department with errands and other duties as needed.
