Responsibilities:

• Support store operations by greeting customers, responding to alarms, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Prevent theft and fraud, assist investigators, and support civil and criminal proceedings.
• Use CCTV and floor walking for surveillance; collaborate with Organized Retail Crime investigators.
• Report signals, support internal investigations, and work with law enforcement to address external losses.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or studies in Loss Prevention, Military, Security, Law Enforcement encouraged.
• Provincial security license required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with access to a vehicle and a good driving record.
