Job Summary

Work Location: Northern Ontario, Remote Location willing to relocate

Work Setting: Private security agency, construction site

Travelling: Employees pay their own way to get to the site.

On-Site: All accommodations on site are included at no cost to our guards.

Type of Assignments:

1. Fixed post
2. Foot patrol
3. Patrol post
4. Vehicle patrol

Work Conditions: Outside, combinations of sitting, standing and walking

Requirements

Documents:

1. Valid Ontario Security Guard License
2. Valid First Aid Certificate
3. Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
4. Clean Criminal Record

Skills:

1. Spill response training is an asset
2. Languages: English or Bilingual (French)
3. Writing and Oral communication
4. Working well with others
5. Problem-solving
6. Decision making
7. Critical thinking
8. Job task planning and organizing
9. Significant use of memory
10. Computer skills in MS Office

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in security or relative field

The applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada and to be 18 years old at the time of applying.
