Simons is seeking a Department Manager for Loss Prevention & Stock in Canada. You will lead the loss prevention and stock management efforts, coaching associates to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive the Simons Experience through leadership, training, and collaboration with buying and area teams to ensure inventory accuracy and outstanding shopper interactions. This role emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and a strong store presence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment with people and process management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Fashion knowledge and customer service passion are valued.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Collaborative leadership and adaptability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead and coach associates, empowering them to enhance service and interactions.
• Ensure inventory displays and product availability; coordinate with buying team.
