Job summary

JYSK Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to protect assets and minimize losses through loss prevention policies in store. You will support the store management team in upholding values and customer promises.

Responsibilities include shrink reduction, weekly inventories, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and generous colleague discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and full store inventories.
• Place weekly orders to maintain stock levels.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and security checks.
