Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related discipline or related field.
• Three to five years of healthcare experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the long-term care setting.
• Assist with planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of care services.
• Supervise and support staff while mentoring and guiding team members.
• Provide guidance to residents' families.
• Review and improve policies, procedures, standards of care, staffing levels and admin systems.
• Promote a culture of quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources.
