Job summary

MacLeod Cares Mahone Bay Nursing Home is a 56-hour biweekly position in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. As a Long Term Care Assistant, you will provide hands-on, person-centered care to Residents, supporting comfort, dignity, and well-being in a close-knit community.

As a Long Term Care Assistant (LTCA), you will provide hands-on person-centered care that supports Residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your duties are to support Resident programs, dining, light housekeeping, and bringing comfort to Residents through friendship and conversation.
