Genuine Health Inc. in Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to manage inbound coordination, inventory management, reporting, and analytics.

You will coordinate production schedules with co-manufacturers and logistics partners, maintain dashboards, monitor stock levels, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize service levels and inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, procurement support, or related supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and inbound shipments with co-manufacturers.
• Monitor purchase orders, production commitments, and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with freight providers, warehouses, and logistics partners to maintain inbound flow and resolve disruptions.
• Track supplier lead times and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support inventory availability during promotions, new product launches, and periods of demand volatility.
• Prepare and maintain weekly inventory health dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyze inventory levels, stock coverage, service levels, inventory turns, and inbound performance.
• Monitor stockout, excess inventory, and slow-moving inventory risks.
• Investigate supply and inventory exceptions and identify root causes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support inventory, purchasing, and operational decisions.
