Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office incl. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• AutoCAD familiarity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase orders from inception to completion.
• Coordinate inbound freight by truck, rail, ocean container, and bulk.
• Verify data accuracy across systems and maintain manifests.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery and maintain carrier/supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors, freight providers, and customs brokers to resolve issues.
