Job description

Logistics Coordinator (8-Month Contract)
Location: On-site (Richmond, BC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator for an 8-month contract to support the Distribution team with administrative and logistics tasks. The role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse coordination, and ensuring shipping timelines and documentation are accurate.

Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Logistics: Prepare shipping documents, schedule pickups, review freight invoices, track deliveries, manage freight claims, and monitor KPIs. Schedule containers to and from warehouses.
  2. Inbound Logistics: Schedule and monitor inbound shipments, handle ASNs, submit customs documentation, coordinate container movements, liaise with customers, process claims, and replenish supplies.
  3. Provide administrative support to logistics and distribution functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Approximately 1+ year of relevant logistics experience, including understanding of shipping documentation, tracking shipment performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Background in a distribution or logistics-heavy environment.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and document handling.

This is an on-site role offering exposure to SAP S/4HANA and a collaborative team environment with regular team-building events.
