Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a leading company in Telecommunications and Fiber Optic Solutions? America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is seeking a dynamic, Warehouse Lead for Canadian Operations in Langford, British Columbia.

Under the general direction of the Senior Operations Manager, the warehouse supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of warehouse associates. The role includes overseeing activities such as order picking and shipping, receiving stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with Logistics on materials for booking with carriers
• Manage shipment schedules and communicate with service providers
• Track shipments and communicate delays
• Verify incoming shipments and organize materials
• Mark and label inventory items
• Monitor stock requests and maintain inventory counts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience with shipping, inventory control, and telecommunications materials is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift over 30 lbs
