Job summary

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the daily operations of the return booking team.

You will coordinate transportation for customer returns, verify RMAs, and optimize shipments to reduce costs while maintaining accuracy in documentation. The role requires at least 8 years of overall experience with 2+ years in managing a team, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including customer service or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of team management or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the return booking team.
• Arrange transportation for customer returns and schedule deliveries to the LG warehouse.
• Verify that all return requests have valid RMAs and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Consolidate return shipments by geographical region and carrier to minimize transportation costs.
• Provide carriers with the required RMA information and BOL documentation prior to pickup.
• Coordinate reverse logistics operations for good-set returns and act as the primary contact for return shipments.
• Monitor the group email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate RMA records, investigate outstanding RMAs over 30 days, and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate carrier-related issues and escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned.
