Job summary

Gambles Group of Companies in Toronto, ON is seeking an Operations Clerk to support Shipping, Receiving and Transportation. The role is mainly at the Dwight Warehouse with regular travel to other locations, and a 40-hour week with flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

You will prepare shipping/receiving documents, print labels, maintain inventories, assist drivers and customers, schedule appointments, and work with warehouse staff to ensure on-time orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Warehouse experience preferred; clerical experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all shipping and receiving documents.
• Print labels as needed.
• Maintain inventories of shipping/receiving supplies.
• Assist transportation team by addressing driver and customer delivery questions and coordinating appointments.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are filled efficiently and on time.
• Interface with clients and vendors to schedule appointments and address issues.
• Maintain a filing system for shipping and receiving records.
• Perform inventory control and general warehouse tasks as needed.
