Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Receiving/Inventory Clerk to manage receipts, verification, and recording of materials, shipments, and storage within our ERP/WMS environment.

This full-time day shift (7:00am–3:00pm) role supports shipments, inventory control, and regulatory compliance while contributing to continuous improvement of processes. This position offers competitive benefits and room for growth within a growing North American bakery manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience handling incoming shipments and verifying against invoices and COA/bills of lading.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and routine reports for shipping/receiving.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against invoices, orders, COA, and bills of lading.
• Maintain department database; prepare routine reports and file records.
• Check in inbound inventory and process documentation under regulatory standards.
• Trace and track internal transfers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Use ERP/WMS to log and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Log IBTs and receipts; investigate and resolve discrepancies in daily receipt logs.
• Enter inventory data into ERP/WMS on a timely basis; inform management of issues.
• Process shipping transactions including picking, staging and loading orders with logs.
• Monitor returns and hold process as required.
