Job summary

Lassonde in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, daily production scheduling, inventory planning, and carrier communication to ensure timely shipments and uninterrupted production flow. The role requires problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external warehouses.

Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, ERP, transportation, ordering and warehouse management systems is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize and track shipments and manage inbound/outbound loads.
• Coordinate daily production scheduling and material availability.
• Communicate with carriers and external warehouses to coordinate shipping activities.
• Create and process sales orders and co-packing plans with external warehouses.
• Provide updates on shipping schedules and inventory status to internal teams.
