Job summary

Dover Corporation's Calgary facility is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee shipments of finished goods and inventory control, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

You will inspect inbound materials and finished products against drawings and purchase orders, operate a forklift, and coordinate packing, labeling, and shipping.

Required are a high school diploma, strong mechanical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipments and logistics to customers via UPS/FedEx/DHL and LTL.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished goods against POs and drawings.
• Coordinate packing, labeling, and shipping of finished goods.
• Operate forklift and manage stockroom records.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight companies, and customers by email or phone.
