Agilus by Synergie in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on managing 3PL, KPI tracking, and ongoing improvements to warehousing and logistics processes.

The position requires 5+ years in warehousing/logistics, a bachelor's degree in supply chain, and advanced Excel skills. SAP, Oracle and Power BI experience are assets; hybrid work model with some in-office travel to Markham/Whitby.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing operations and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 3PL management experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle and Power BI is a plus.
• Inventory analysis and KPI management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL performance; review shipping issues and KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery (OTD), fill rate, costs, productivity.
• Handle customer escalations and enquiries.
• Review inventory through cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
