Job summary

BBGC in Montreal is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our global tech team. You will coordinate complex B2B integrations, validate business requirements, and support deployment and post-production activities within our finance and supply chain domains.

The role requires strong data integration knowledge, experience with OpenText and VAN platforms, and fluency in French. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strongly prefer experience with OpenText platforms, VAN or comparable B2B integration.
• SAP Order-to-Cash, logistics and warehouse integration experience.
• Experience with EDI 856/ASN and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business validation, sign-off, deployment and post-production support.
• Contribute to backlog management and Azure DevOps workflows.
• Support cross-functional teams in Montreal on integration projects.

Strongly preferred experience:

• OpenText Trading Grid, OpenText Business Network, another VAN, or comparable B2B integration platform.
• SAP Order-to-Cash, shipment, logistics, customer master, or warehouse integration experience.
• EDI 856 / ASN and Certificate of Analysis processes.
• FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, API, and middleware integration concepts.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, brokers, carriers, or manufacturing customers.
• Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management.
• French communication capability.
• Experience coordinating business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support.

Desirable experience:

• Anaplan functional support, administration, or model-management exposure.
• Power BI or operational reporting.
• Modern ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure.
• Problem management and root-cause analysis.
• Experience building a new support model or transitioning a project into BAU.
