Job summary

HP is seeking a Logistics Analyst to orchestrate shipping operations at our central distribution center. You will blend shop-floor coordination with analytics to ensure orders depart safely, on time, and in full, working alongside 3PL partners and IT teams.

In this role you will drive process improvements, analyze data for cost efficiency and customer experience, and train staff on best practices. This onsite position emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement within our HP Canada

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in outbound or shipping operations within distribution/fulfillment.
• Proficient with SAP ERP/WMS; skilled with Excel and a data-visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong communication; able to coordinate with 3PL and a remote 4PL team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound operations ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Lead process improvements to optimize outbound flow and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Transportation teams.
• Track metrics like pick accuracy, on-time ship, and dock-to-door cycle time.
• Be the primary contact for order expedites and shipment issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for outbound operations to ensure compliance.
• Perform outbound quality audits to prevent mis-ships and damage.
• Train warehouse staff on best picking, packing, and shipping practices.
• Contribute to layout optimization, packaging solutions, and supply chain projects.
• Analyse order and freight-cost data; translate into actionable roadmaps.
