Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Canada’s logistics network is seeking a warehouse associate to support unloading trailers, scan and sort packages, and assist with inventory control.

You will follow SOPs, participate in audits, help customers at the front desk, and collaborate with Operations teams to maintain safety and accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to Health & Safety protocols while delivering dependable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and health & safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Process returns and complete required documentation.
