Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is looking for a hands-on warehouse associate in Vancouver to unload trailers, scan and sort packages, and support inventory and shipping processes. You will interact with customer pickups, assist with documentation, and help maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including returns.
• Support sorting operations and van audits.
• Assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain warehouse systems and ensure efficiency.
• Process broker returns and complete required documentation.
• Handle customer pickups and provide front-desk support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Uphold quality standards with Operations teams.
