Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing operations and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 3PL management experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL providers, review performance, address shipping issues and track KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs (OTD, fill rate, costs, productivity).
• Handle customer escalations.
• Oversee inventory management including cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
