Job Description

• Coordinate grain schedule and manage the daily, high-volume movement of commodities from field sites, farm storage bins, and seed facilities to grain elevators, processing plants, and commercial end-buyers.
• Oversee daily dispatch, route planning, and turnaround timing for farm trucks, commercial transport haulers, and field support equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Track vehicle maintenance schedules, safety inspections, and repair logs to keep haulage equipment operational and compliant.
• Ensure full compliance with provincial transport regulations, axle weight limits, commercial trucking safety protocols, and grain handling guidelines.

Job Description

• Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in agricultural logistics, dispatch, grain elevation, or commercial freight operations.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Prairie grain handling systems, commercial trucking regulations (axle weights, road bans), and shipping documentation requirements.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, especially under high-pressure, fast-paced harvest conditions.
