Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics in Canada, seeks a strategic role at the heart of logistics to drive process improvements, network efficiency, and expansion initiatives across Canada.

The candidate will analyze KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement data-driven initiatives to optimize outbound lanes and service coverage while supporting stakeholders with timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• 2–4 years in a client-facing sales or logistics role, preferably within a supply chain, transportation, or network optimization environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to addressing challenges, and a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives.
• Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service channels.
• Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and make recommendations to improve network coverage and service offerings in target markets.
• Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute expansion plan for our network across Canada, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network speed, operational timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.
