Job summary

Lennox in Canada (Brampton) is seeking a Support Representative to assist the Regional Distribution Center with clerical duties, logs, and reporting.

You’ll help ensure accuracy of inbound activity, support OSHA compliance, and provide timely service to internal and external customers, with SAP and MS Office experience a plus.

The role offers a salaried schedule with a starting salary range and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Provides customer service expertise and needs assessment to meet quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy required (MS Office).
• SAP experience and queries are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Regional Distribution Center.
• Develop and maintain logs, reports, and SOX controls to avoid errors.
• Coordinate safety training and OSHA compliance documentation and postings.
• Ensure accurate inbound activity records and notify management of detention charges.
• Provide timely customer service to internal and external customers.
• Handle inbound vendor/in-transit freight issues and damaged product disposition.
• Monitor SOP non-conformance and participate in other projects.
