Qualifications

• Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships.
• Enter orders accurately and completely.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Collaborate with operations to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Liaise between shippers, receivers and operations to communicate delays and issues.
• Manage accessorial charges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
