Cooke Inc., a global seafood company, seeks a Driver Recruitment Specialist for Shoreland Transport Inc. in Woodstock, NB. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for drivers, orientation, and maintaining ATS postings.

You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and attract candidates through fairs and networks, while upholding professional representation and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• 2 years of transportation industry experience.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with an ATS.
• Experience using ATS systems.
• Excellent PC skills - Windows and Internet.
• Valid passport, driver’s license and reliable transportation for meetings.
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day full cycle recruiting and driver orientation.
• Screen resumes, interview applicants and obtain pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate appropriate assessments and references.
• Use traditional and non-traditional resources to attract quality candidates.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Maintain postings and applicants in the ATS along with recruiting inbox.
• Manage application/resume files and retention per policy.
