Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound materials, issue and dispatch goods, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes collaboration with Purchasing, Finance, Operations and freight providers, along with data entry and cycle counts.

Your responsibilities include coordinating shipments, resolving discrepancies with POs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Materials Management.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Strong mathematics aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming receipts, transfers, stock adjustments and cycle counts.
• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and update delivery boards.
• Collaborate with Buyers to resolve PO/Packing Slip discrepancies.
• Prepare daily board picks and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
