Job summary

Kotn is seeking a highly organized logistics coordinator to help keep product moving across our Canadian operations. You will coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory movement while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

You will monitor carrier performance, resolve issues, and partner with merchandising, inventory control, production, and customer service to align logistics with launches and promotions. This hands-on role requires proactive problem-solving and clear communication.

This role plays a key part in keeping product moving smoothly across the business. You'll coordinate day-to-day shipping, receiving, distribution, and inventory movement while managing documentation and compliance, monitoring carrier performance, resolving issues, and working cross-functionally to keep operations aligned.

Coordinating daily shipping, receiving, and distribution activities while ensuring orders, shipments, and inventory movements are processed accurately and on time. You'll also monitor carriers, delivery schedules, and performance against service-level standards.

Preparing, reviewing, and managing shipping and customs documentation while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with transportation, customs, and internal logistics requirements.

Resolving shipping issues, anticipating challenges, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, and operational processes.

Partnering with Merchandising, Inventory Control, Production, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Development to keep operations aligned and coordinate logistics for product launches, samples, and promotional events.
