Woodbridge Group is seeking a highly organized Materials Coordinator to support our Materials and Supply Chain team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, production material availability, shipping/receiving administration, returnable packaging management, and customer order support.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field is considered an asset.
• Experience in inventory control, materials coordination, logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Accuracy: conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile counts with system, and support production schedules.
• Shipping, Receiving & Logistics: prepare shipping schedules, manage VAS transactions, track returnable containers.
• Customer Service & Administration: process manual orders, maintain records, collaborate to resolve issues.
