Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Toronto is seeking an Inventory and Warehousing Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, inventory control, and customer support for warehousing and value-added services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory aging and identify at-risk inventory.

  • Schedule inbound, outbound, and storage-related activities.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and transactions are accurate.
  • Monitor workflow progress and address operational issues.
  • Verify storage, handling, and value-added activities are documented for invoicing.
  • Ensure all billable services are captured.
  • Prepare customer reports, inventory summaries, and performance updates.

Position Summary

The Inventory and Warehousing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, administration, inventory control, and customer support activities for warehousing and value-added services operations at the Toronto facility. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, Customer Service, and warehouse operations to ensure inventory management, warehousing activities, and customer projects are executed accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements.

The Inventory and Warehousing Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating customer requirements, maintaining operational records, supporting billing activities, and ensuring warehouse workflows are executed efficiently. This position plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Coordinate inventory receipts, storage, transfers, and outbound shipments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
  • Conduct and coordinate cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory aging and identify inventory at risk.
  • Maintain customer-specific inventory reports and records.
  • Support inventory reconciliation activities and root cause analysis.
Customer & Account Coordination
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned warehousing customers.
  • Receive, review, and process customer requests related to inventory, storage, and value-added services.
  • Provide inventory reports, status updates, and exception management to customers.
  • Coordinate customer priorities with warehouse leadership and operations teams.
  • Participate in customer calls, meetings, and operational reviews as required.
Warehousing & Operational Coordination
  • Create and manage work orders for warehousing and value-added service activities.
  • Coordinate inbound, outbound, and storage-related customer requirements.
  • Schedule inventory movements and project activities based on customer needs and operational capacity.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and operational transactions are accurately processed.
  • Monitor workflow progress and proactively address operational issues.
  • Verify storage, handling, and value-added activities are properly documented for invoicing.
  • Ensure all billable services are accurately captured.
  • Prepare customer reports, inventory summaries, and operational performance updates.
  • Maintain customer SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
  • Support monthly billing reconciliation activities.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and customer service performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and inventory controls.
  • Assist in the implementation of new warehousing customers and projects.
  • Support development and maintenance of customer-specific SOPs and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Education
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in a 3PL warehousing environment preferred.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across departments.

Position is for a 11pm - 7:30am, Sunday to Thursday shift. Shift Premium included.

Pay Range:$25.70 - $32.00
