Job summary

Dorigo Systems Ltd. in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support efficient movement of materials and finished goods.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, verify orders, and prepare shipping documentation. This role involves hands-on inventory support, including receiving, picking, kit auditing, and close collaboration with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Finance to meet shipping priorities.

Qualifications

• One year of experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Experience with ERP system.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review orders before shipment for accuracy.
• Prepare packing slips, invoices, and shipping docs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Prepare export documentation including customs and CERS.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Finance.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records in ERP.
• Assist with inventory receiving, picking, and audits.
• Provide backup support for logistics activities.
