Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails and respond with initial acknowledgement within 15 minutes.
• Update records and systems to ensure accuracy of business data.
• Track shipments with partner carriers and update the system.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments as requested by Dispatch.
• Coordinate with Vision departments to resolve customer inquiries.
