Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Transport materials for delivery orders to customer sites as needed.
2. Enforce transportation agreements and services, export controls, and contain domestic and international freight expenses.
3. Maintain trade compliance and perform planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks to support manufacturing workflow.
4. Coordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities within the logistics area.
5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, and FDA guidelines.
6. Perform customer service by coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve shipping issues.
7. May specialize in the shipment of dangerous/hazardous goods.
