Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a logistics position.
• Diploma in logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Solutions oriented with exceptional customer service.
• Experience with Sage/ASA is an asset.
• Knowledge of Excel and Google environment.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping packages and documents for next-day deliveries.
• Coordinate the activities of drivers and maintenance workers when reviewing trailer repairs.
• Call customers to confirm next-day deliveries and notify them when pickup orders are ready.
• Update load sheets with confirmed and rescheduled deliveries, inform all relevant parties, and document communication in the system.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Dispatch Schedule and assigned trailers.
• Prepare documents, serve customers, and contact yard staff for order pickups.
• Monitor loaded trailers and assist drivers to resolve issues.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare shipping packages and documents for next-day deliveries;

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics position;
• A diploma in logistics or a related field preferred;
• Experience in similar industries (manufacturing/construction);
• Solutions oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service;
• Experience with Sage/ASA is an asset;
• Knowledge of Excel and able to work in a Google environment;
• Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.

What we offer:

• The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $66,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
